MaxSorter 3 represents the third generation of high speed electronic sorters for the automatic selection of mid-size semi-spheric fruits (apples, pears, peaches, kiwis, citrus, etc…) using volume, electronic weight and quality as criteria for sorting.

The MaxSorter is fitted with a “HAND & HOLD” conveying system with a space between fruits of 97mm. The fruits are deposited on a special “FlexDrop” curtain that slows them down by means of a comb and deposits them on the working bench, depending on the type of exit.

FEATURES
The new generation electronics of the MaxSorter and the introduction of the adaptative signal processing allow to work at extremely high speeds, with the maximum efficiency in terms of sorting precision.
The exclusive design of the parts that carry the fruits offers the maximum available surface for the artificial vision equipments and allows an extremely accurate reading of the diameter, color and weight of the sorted product.

The MAXCOLOR vision equipment is composed of an independend ventilation system with stroboscopic leds (depending on the model). The video cameras are fitted with Multiscan technology (several images per picture) andProgressiveScan (enhanced definition in images in motion).
